Instructions:
2 Bananas
7-10 Strawberries
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of cold water
5-10 ice cubes
Add as much or as little sugar as you like!
Directions:
Add all the ingredients in a blender but, not the ice cubes.
Switch it on blend until there are no chunks.
Add ice cubes and blend till there are no chunks.
makes about 4 8oz servings or 2 16oz servings
P.S: You can replace the strawberries with about 3/4 cups of blueberries ! Also if you like chocolate add some Hershey's chocolate syrup.
